Citi Services- Cracked Career or Crap Career

Hi all, looking for some advice. For context I'm currently an Australian treasury analyst, and I'm interested in breaking into the front office. The psychology of it is that since I'm young and have energy and opportunity I'd like to give it a crack; whether it works or not I'll know I've given it a go.

I'm progressing for a Citi Services role, which I think would be front office. Also progressing for a middle office operations on a trading desk at a big trading firm (think Jane st, Optiver).

My question is around the Citi Services role- what does that look like, how is it viewed in high finance, with brutal honesty preferred. I'm planning to make a career staying in one shop if possible- what's the upper limit, is there a glass ceiling. Would like any and all information available- feel free to message me.
