Citi vs BAML both HK IBD

Hey guys, I luckily recieved offers from Citi, BAML and DB. MS is on progress. Does anyone have ideas about Citi HK and BAML HK?

I cann't see too many differences between these two. Both are BB with strong commercial bank branch, thus culture is not as aggressive/arrogant as MS/GS/JPM though slightly less reputable.

Any thoughts in terms of reputation/culture/deal flow, especially in Asia Pacific?

Thanks a lot in advance!

I got Citi and BAML as well. I think BAML only hires 20-ish ppl for SA+SAsso for summer 2017. So most of them probably can stay.

BAML always had 80%+ return rate except for this year. Idk what happened ....

You wanna mention both of them self-led their massive FOs.

Thanks very much. but what does " both of them self-led their massive FOs" mean?
