Combining full time internship with year of uni

Starting an M&A internship (top 10 European bank). I have a number of mandatory uni sessions as well as a number of exams during this period (6-7 of them in a period of 6 months). Definitely consider myself lucky for landing this internship but it stings that there are uni activities that must be met. Weekends are protected which means that I have more than enough time to study. I'm thinking of how I should communicate this uni-related absence with my supervisors:

Option A: Make a list of all uni related absence dates and communicate them to the supervisors (and risk either offending them or making a good impression for clear communication) on the first few days of my internship

Option B: Work my ass off for the internship, make a good first impression, then communicate my uni related absence 1-2 weeks in advance

Option C: Delay graduation for a year (summer of 2022 instead of 2021), and go all in on the internship and fill the gap year with more extracurriculars

Currently less fond of Option C as I am 1-2 years older than other interns my age already and dont like getting behind even more (although my CV will be getting pretty strong at this point with a prior PE internship as well). Hoping to leverage this internship for getting London SA offer in 2022. Any thoughts on what the safest of these 3 options might be?
