Idk about swe/other finance but ibd and college rankings are pretty accurate. I’d personally put duke on the same tier as Dartmouth, and swap pjt and evercore unless if its pjt rx.

remove Silver Lake from Tier 2
swap Figma and Jane Street
swap Facebook and Optiver
add ICPC WF to Tier 2 other
remove AIME
