Really small team so decided to leave them off. But prob around A- / B+ lvl 

 

Knew of an MD who came over that was making ~$700k base for two years ($1.4M total). Not sure if this is the usual though

 

Yes, their corp banking team has been stellar in recent years. Majority time it'll be JPM / Citi mandating 50-70% of the big international deals.
