What were people's first rounds in S&T like? Recently got interview invite and would appreciate some insights on the nature of the interview.
That interview was basically a conversation. Not much technicals, the analyst/associate (depending on who you get) usually ask about yourself and try to gauge your interest and why S&T. The interview is very conversational. People at CS are typically very helpful so I wouldn’t worry too afraid
I applied in September and haven't received any communication since... do they tell you if you didn't get in? If yes, through email or phone??
S&T -- how many interview rounds did you have? My first round was a w an MD which I thought was a little odd but I also did the Steps program so maybe timeline is accelerated. Any insights appreciated!!
