How is the video about PJ Solomon cringe? If anything it shows how great the culture is, especially since PJS is known for having one of the best WLB on the street. Plus I don’t think they’re are many other firms on the street with an office as nice as ours

The PJS one was fine until like the last 30 seconds. They upped the cringe factor by 10x lol.

On a side note, in what world is a group of analysts going to pitch to a client at all let alone by themselves?

Never, but that's far worse than the UBS one where she's on the desk at the trading floor as an IB analyst. That violates several finance regulations in and of itself.

the one in the light blue or the one in the black shirt with white stripes?

I think all of the HR videos from Goldman are super cringe.  They always ensure to show as many minorities and females as possible, talk about "making a difference" and "growing an inclusive mindset" etc.   Basically any corporate video of theirs.

Meanwhile they once again are lead by a Jewish white man, most of their board/senior management is as well....but hey....we LOVE diversity!

Even with hand-picking employees they weren't able to find anyone to hide the poor culture and long hours at GS lol. Listen carefully to what they are saying.

All those early mornings, bleeding into late nights, doubts, struggles and sacrifice have led to this (more early mornings bleeding into late nights, more doubts, struggles and sacrifice).

Nothing wrong with the PJS. It's bad acting, comes across as fake, incredibly pretentious, and soulless corporate. And that's exactly how it is.

Never discuss with idiots, first they drag you at their level, then they beat you with experience.
