CS FIG 2021
How is CS FIG doing in 2021, all I see in the news is MDs and Head of FIGs leaving, just got an offer from them for SA 2022 and am hesitant on accepting

Not a good place to be. Was actually doing really well in the last couple of years but the recent exodus has meant that a lot of the top MDs have jumped ship
Agree with the above^ If you have the chance for other better groups at CS or other firms, would definitely take it over CS FIG. They're in a downwards trajectory and you aren't really going to get looks at from PE headhunters unless they're FIG firms.
sounds good thank you, no other firms atm in the process with
Would honestly accept the offer and then renege if you get another offer. Even for PE not many people have successfully exited, there’s a lot of A2As as a result of that.
If it’s just for a summer analyst position, would just take it and look elsewhere full time.
you’ll be better off for full time recruiting if you did a SA at CS vs some random bank and you don’t really do anything meaningful over the summer anyways so deal flow just won’t impact your life that much.
