lol read the past threads on DA Davidson Industrials. It's basically akin to Baird Industrials, not suprising given the Davidson Industrial group head is from there...

yeah it’s def a dumb assumption but compared to other banks, it rlly stood out to me. Given below market comp and MDs having such short duration historically just said a lot through my research. I’m wondering what are your thoughts on their industrials and FIG in chicago? i just want deal exposure with good modeling experience tbh bc idrc abt pay
I had the same thoughts as you on pay but it eventually got to me because I was grinded for way less than street. FIG is good, industrials is improving but sweaty
I was on a diff cov, so not sure about fig/DI. My comp was slightly above 130 lol
