Tmt and industrials still strong, infra and REGLL pretty good too and Levfin.

Heard some significant senior departures from TMT and infra recently though, tmt London has lost a lot of momentum and struggling to close

Culture-wise DB > UBS. But for deal experience and exits, UBS >>> DB

Tbh...pretty bad. LevFin/FSG had long been the shining points with the strongest exits, but for a variety of reasons, the franchise on that side has eroded significantly. Was noted previous thread that they've now combined LevFin and FSG which is frankly a reflection of the lack of left-lead dealflow. Lost their whole BusServ team to JPM which was brining in a lot of lead LevFin buisness.

For the past few years, it was on the same tier as UBS/RBC/WF/Jeff...but honestly, even DB's top groups are a step below those other names as far as deal experience and exits. For as much shit as UBS gets, their Sponsors/LevFin franchise is running laps around DB as of late. Most exits now are 1) leave banking to a cushy corp dev spot, 2) no-name PE, or 3) lateral. Recent laterals have been to GS, JPM, Lazard, and Moelis, so seems to still be solid if you want to jump to a more active platform.

REGLL was known to be good for a while, but honestly I have not seen anything significant they've done in over a year.

See above, they lost effectively their whole BusService side which was the strong point in that group. No meaningful deal flow on the C&R segment so unless you want to be doing just pitch work or right books stuff would avoid
