"DalaiLama" This isn't hard at all IMO lol, rates are low these days, company has a credit crunch coming - just refi some of their outstanding debt

I feel like there are other approaches to answering OP's question that are prob more detailed than "just refi the loan".

"DalaiLama" Valid point - wasn't sure if OP wanted a detailed answer or not
my opinion was:
    - try to reduce expenses to meet the obligations - refi - look at acquiring additional long term debt to pay off existing debt and use this extra time to try to develop rev streams - look at selling inventories, then current assets, then PPE - file for bankrupcty or liquidate company

your thoughts

not bad OP, was this for SA?
