Why did you accept an offer for an office you don’t want to join?
I know a few people who have interned on the West Coast and the move for PWP seems to turning against mobility to NYC.

Your call ultimately, if you're a top performing intern I'm sure you can ask and they'll make an effort to accommodate. That said, I've heard for this recruiting cycle, they are going to be hard against internal mobility so might also apply for this year's class?
