It seems to be very tough to locate Director / Principal level compensation; understanding that it gets a bit more convoluted at this level due to material carry components — and the like. However, even just looking at Base + Bonus, what are high-level expectations / ranges for those at this level (for both IBD and PE/PC)? Simply looking for actual data points that seem to be otherwise unavailable. Thanks!
