Does GS matter at associate level?
At the associate level does the Goldman brand still carry weight or are the exits same across BB? Where would a GS associate exit to?

I think it carries weight if you want to leave finance. Not everyone knows about Moelis but they all know GS.
Where can an associate even exit to? Same across all BBs
Outside of a select few financial services roles such as PE/HF/etc., IB associates have largely the same exits as IB analysts do. That is, corporate finance, corporate development, corporate strategy, BizOps roles at large tech firms, etc. etc.
