Does this sound too desperate?

Hi all! For context, I went through the process with this firm twice, for 2 different positions. The first time, I got through the third round then got rejected. For the second time, I made it to the superday but did not get an offer (this process ended a month ago). Saw the job posting for the position that I made to superday today, is it ok if I apply / reach out to someone on the team? Thanks everyone!

Why tf wouldn’t you? Worst they can do is say no, again - not really that much to lose.

On the other hand, they could also see and value your continued persistence, which is an important trait.

If you want to work there, there’s only way to do that, and that’s by applying
