Taking a 4-panel test for pre-employment (NYC). Does anyone know what this tests for? Can anyone explain the new testing rules in NYC?

RBC just said we need to get drug tested... Does anyone know the new NYC law about testing for THC?? I mean what college kid hasn’t smoked some weed during quarantine
not sure but the one that he is getting tested with (4 Panel) does test for thc and he is in NY apparently

Is this for new FT hires? How long do you have to schedule the test?
It's illegal as of May to test for THC as a condition of employment in NYC. There are some exceptions but financial services firms do not typically qualify. If you are getting a four panel test would think that it is the standard five panel less THC (meth, cocaine, pcp, opiates).
