Early Start date (Feb) at BB
Senior graduating in Dec 2020. If I start early (Feb) at a BB, will my bonus / promotion cycle be at the same time as those who started in Aug?

You'll get a larger stub bonus but promotion cycle will likely remain the same. BB's tend to be fairly rigid when it comes to promotion timing especially at the junior level.

Larger bonus but promoted the same time as everyone on your analyst class. I started in Feb off cycle. I think it's worth it, because even tho you are in the same analyst class, you feel much more ahead.

Nope. I was the last person that they allowed for a early start. I was also the only person in my class that did it.
Talk to HR about it - it's really group dependent. My team was very open to it due to need.

Where are you based? Can only tell from London/European perspective. I'm an incoming first year at a US BB.
Promotion cycle is class of 2021, so no difference if started in summer or February. Bonus is a larger stub as your 1/2 year work will be accounted for.
I think the biggest advantage is that you won't be the new one after half a year as most will join regularly in summer where you earned a bit of a rapport/respect already. Can be immensely helpful in avoiding nasty pitchbooks and to get on better deals.

If you start in the Feb cycle, will you do training in Feb or wait until summer? For S&T
I asked my team about this. It seems like formal training is still during the summer.
Do you know why they would make only one early start date then?
In my offer letter, it mentioned I will be eligible for promotion in the summer with the rest of the analyst class, so kinda works out a little. (Started this month)

I am currently a class of 2022 incoming at a BB I was wondering this as well in terms of if I graduated a semester early would they grant me to start that following spring semester of 2022? Would that be something I have to make apparent early on? What would be pros/cons of it?
