EB FT vs Masters

I got a full time offer at a EB (after converting the internship) in Continental Europe and was wondering about turning it down and applying to a masters in the US instead. However, I would only do so if there's a realistic chance of staying long-term. Do you think givent he current administration and the visa lottery etc. that's realistic?

My stats: Gpa: 3.7/3.8 (according to a table from WES, official translation which Kellogg uses) GMAT : 690 1 internship at a MM (Baird, Blair) and 1 internship/ft offer at a EB (Moelis, GHL, Lazard)

Die to my GMAT I'm probably not good enough for tier 1 programs, but what about t2 schools and how are my chances of breaking into ib in the US?

Also, while the EB offers associates to do one year abroad in their us office, I don't know if it's also possible to transfer permanently
