EB IB vs MBB Consulting vs Market Maker Fundamental Equity

A rising senior at a east coast target. Did IB at a EB this past summer, got return offer, was fortunate enough to get an offer at MBB consulting firm and a market maker (IMC/Cit Sec/Optiver) for fundamental analyst position to join on full time.

I know that I was lucky to be in a very fortunate position, and I would appreciate any insight/recommendations. Work I would be doing at the fundamental analyst role at the market maker seem the most interesting, but I am very concerned about job security as I would imagine there would be a higher turnover rate.

I'm not too concerned about WLB or comp at this stage, but it looks something like the following (at least during my first year):

WLB: Market Maker > MBB >> EB IB

Comp: Market Maker >> EB IB > MBB

I would also love to know more about comparative exit opps if anyone has any insight into this. Thank you in advance.
