Can anyone provide me with some insights regarding Echelon Capital Markets?
Seems like the firm has been growing quickly and started leading more mid-market deals and so I'm wondering if anyone has worked with them before or heard about the teams culture and compensation at the associate level (i.e. is the base salary almost street 100k-120k or much lower)?
