Email the CEO? Or co-head?

Self-explanatory, non-target, and didn't get in a full-time role with economic conditions. I have been working with startups since a few months, but considering emailing people and with some banks that has been hard with breaking since they are so picky or selective and havent gotten reply. But in this case, I have been wondering why not email the co-heads or CEOs of some of these firms. I mean, not like I can lose anything or be blacklisted when I haven't even gotten in and don't see losing a lot, and like they say, the shots you miss are the ones you don't take.

I highly recommend emailing the CEO and asking him for a call. Just to assert dominance make sure you say that you’re only available at X time and ask him to fit the call into his schedule. Has worked for me plenty of times. Hope this helps.
