Big4 pay is dogshit, don’t stop recruiting if you get a job there
Pay is around street (have a friend who works there)
I used to work in the same group in another big 4 and I’d also tell my friends that it’s street because it’s embarrassing. I more than doubled my pay going to a BB
Pay and deal flow are subpar compared to MMs and even LMM boutiques. Use the name to try and lateral ASAP.
Not sure about deal flow, but pay is on par with most MMs.
