Heard the office/WFH culture and general team camaraderie was pretty great though for MP HC - curious if you’ve had similar experiences?
Have heard that EVR MP Tech works hard but everyone is understanding and extremely helpful, even the senior people. Sounds like the culture has benefited from the SMDs changing the mandate for the office to focus less on pitching. The buy-side placement has also been elite for this group. Apparently the interview process is very rigorous and more technical than most other shops.
Could you expand on the change in mandate to focus less on pitching? They’re just relying on relationships to win business now?

Based on previous comments/friends, it can take as little as one day but I’m not sure what the norm is
Not yet. Mine was on Wednesday night and thought it went really well. Let's see I guess it depends on how many offers they ended up giving this week.
