sophomore diversity for junior summer is happening before sophomore december now? jesus 

 

From my experience it’s just to introduce you to the firm, maybe leads to a few informational interviews. A huge leg up on the competition if you are able to network with everyone you’ve met! They do a couple (at least last year), the ones next semester lead to an accelerated interview process. Great opportunity to develop your “why evercore” answer and build up your network within the firm
