Have this coming up on Friday, anyone have an idea of how these go? Are they as technical as the first round interviews or easier?

I attend a non-target that places 3 SA at Evercore each year. After interacting with them about their interview process, I would say know your technicals inside and out, be able to speak intelligently about deals in the market, and be confident when articulating your "Why" story. Evercore is a great firm with amazing perks. Congrats and good luck!
