Evercore's bonus for analysts is lower recently. Historically, it used to be 80-100%, now it's barely 60-70% (65-75k) for 2023-2024. What happened? Analysts at top BBs usually work for less hours and receive the same bonus. Is Evercore still a good place to work comp-wise?
