These are all LinkedIn searchable questions. Generally, RBC exits are going to be MM exits for corporate PE, with the strength of MM bank being dependent on how good the group is (i.e. RBC M&A has some stronger MM firm exits than other firms). Very rare to get a UMM exit, but it has happened (mostly target school kids with I would assume high GPAs). Strangely weak PC exits compared to peers like DB, perhaps just due to RBC not being a LevFin-focused firm. Very strong exits from PU&I into Infra, but not sure how to evaluate this.
Exiting to EBs is a very different story and is dependent on the market for laterals. Also would keep in mind, a lot of firms do their recruiting in the first year of the analyst program and you might miss out on recruiting there if sole goal is to try to lateral. Given the current market for laterals looks pretty dead, wouldn't assume a lot of lateral spots opening up. IMO, would just try to recruit out of RBC and into a good MM or maybe a lower-tier UMM firm given market conditions.

For PU&I do you think you could get an exit to a mega fund or would it be more UMM? some examples would be appreciated
