Haven't heard of them before and looking at their website, I'd be a bit concerned about deal flow quantity/reps and how hungry the current MDs are. A few of the tombstones are blatantly misleading (claims they sold ABC to XYZ fund, when in reality, it was just an add-on for an existing platform).
How do you know it is just an add-on for an existing platform and the MDs aren't hungry?
Because you can google it?
Looks how many MDs they have and how many deals they do.
The deals their advertising I haven’t heard of any of the companies they represented or helped acquired.
