Fragmented background --> how to build story

Hey,

I am graduating with an MSc Finance this summer from a European target. I've done many internships during my studies exploring different things, IB at a small local boutique, management consulting also at a small local boutique and then branched out into data analysis. The latest internship I did was software development. The reason for my wide exploration was to truly find out what I like, and now that I have done so I thought long and hard about what I did like. I have decided that IB would suit me best, because of the tight teamwork, the project-based work and the mix between sales and technical skills required.

However, I am not entirely sure how to pitch my story the most effectively. Would you include the software development as a unique point in my experience? How would you spin the fact that I tried IB and then changed paths?
