FT 2024 IB US

I'm an international student, double citizenship including American, but I literally never lived in the US, I just got my citizenship from my parents. Therefore I have the right to work in the US with no visa

2 internships in IB, in 2 different cities in Europe, 2 banks, more than 10 months of internship / work experience. (M&A).

1 bachelor (economics) / 1 master in management with financial specialization ( 3th best school in Europe by the FT of 2022) which includes a 2 year program in 3 different cities in Europe.

Not the best GPA, 3,4 is the best among the 2 degrees. Any chance to get a FT in the US with a starting date in 2024 ? When do these programs start recruiting ?

Any tips or thoughts about my situation would be appreciated.
