Hi everyone, I'm at a non-target with a 3.7, an incoming SA at a regional boutique, have deal experience in Growth Equity as well as at a generalist M&A mini-shop. I am looking to recruit for FT to a MM or above- what firms should I target? Should I only focus on a few, or widen my scope with a lot? Thanks
