Full Time Recruiting 26'
Hey all, I'm trying to recruit into high finance roles (ib, pe, vc, growth equity, etc) and would love some advice. I'm a rising senior looking into full time analyst roles starting 2026 and background includes program management at rather large companies and banks and big 4 tech consulting this summer and I'm coming from a semi-target school in the midwest. Does anyone know of specific firms I should be looking at that are known for hiring full time analysts outside their intern class and that might be more likely to take from a consulting background? Thanks for the help!
The apostrophe needs to go before the 26. For example: Class of '85, Fall '25. It indicates that those letters of the word are being abbreviated.
If you're going to be a junior this year, you wouldn't be recruiting full-time yet. There will still be openings at MM banks, so just be diligent in looking on LinkedIn and Handshake and doing cold outreach to create opportunities for yourself. Every bank probably prefers to see prior IB and PE internship experiences, I didn't come with those but your consulting experience should carry some value to the places you apply to. It hangs on your networking skills to get your foot in the door, especially this late into the process.
