Graduating Early, Recruiting Tips?

What’s up guys. I’m graduating early, this December. Should be graduating in Spring (May) 2025. I’m not too sure of the timeline of recruiting, but I’d like to work in investment banking. At the time of graduation, I’ll have 1.5 years experience in finance with an internship, 7 & 63, non-target, 3.7ish GPA. Great personality skills, and strong knowledge in technicals. Any ideas or suggestions on what it will take to shift to a new bank? Looking to land a higher paying gig that what I’m looking at right now.
