Based on the most helpful WSO content, Greenhill's M&A recruiting process has varied in the past. For instance, in 2019, the recruiting timeline indicated that Greenhill started their process in August, with applications opening around the week of August 13th and offers being made in September. However, this timeline can change from year to year.

To get the most accurate and up-to-date information on Greenhill's M&A recruiting process for the current year, it would be wise to:

  • Check Greenhill's official careers page for any listed application dates.
  • Network with current employees or recent hires who might have insight into the current process.
  • Keep an eye on forums like Wall Street Oasis for any updates from other candidates or insiders.

The process can be a mix of formal applications and networking, so it's important to be prepared for both. Networking can sometimes lead to early interviews or head starts in the formal application process.

Anyone got updates about superdays (SF office)? Heard some M&A offers are already out (NY)

Anyone got updates from the NY office? Are they done with recruiting (M&A and RX)?

I see some kids with offers but not sure whether they are still recruiting SAs

Some offers are out for M&A. That is for the New York office.

I have yet to hear back so not sure whether it's a ding. Hopefully, other EBs/BBs will get back a little faster. The wait is too much lol

Are these for diversity? Not sure whether the regular offer process (non-diversity) has concluded. I know of other EBs that started giving out offers for diversity folks, but not clear whether the same is true for GHL

Kids from which schools received offers? At a target and don't think anyone received an offer yet (only for the RX team)

Anyone aware of offers for the M&A team? Looks like some kids already had superdays (at a target)

Looks like it's out judging by other threads.... Guess I'm cut
