They still operate as an independent entity so they kept their brand, management etc. It’s just that they ceased to be a public firm

Some offers are out for M&A. That is for the New York office.
I have yet to hear back so not sure whether it's a ding. Hopefully, other EBs/BBs will get back a little faster. The wait is too much lol
Are these for diversity? Not sure whether the regular offer process (non-diversity) has concluded. I know of other EBs that started giving out offers for diversity folks, but not clear whether the same is true for GHL
All good. Yeah I have no clue what you are saying about diversity and whatever. I think some banks just put everyone in one pool especially if it’s a small group like Greenhill.
Kids from which schools received offers? At a target and don't think anyone received an offer yet (only for the RX team)
