GS Final Round
Its been about 2 weeks since my final round for a lateral role. I was told it is a long process, but I haven't been able to get a response from HR. Am I out?

They were pretty responsive when I was interviewing there (was for their private credit group). I'd probably write them off for now if they haven't responded for two weeks.
how long after your final round did you get notified of the offer?
I didn't get the offer actually and was notified 2 days after my final round / case study.

I don't know anything about GS specifically, but sometimes banks take a while to get offers. I had a DB offer that took over two weeks to get after my final interview. I thought I was out for sure, but sometimes things just take a while I guess.
Normally though, this is means it's unlikely you are able to continue. Usually after two weeks, it's very rare to get an offer, but not unheard of.
I would understand maybe having only one round and not hearing back, but after weeks of rounds, I would think I could at least be told I was rejected.
