GS lead left on SpaceX

A lot of rumors that GS had lost it to MS. It just came out today on CNBC. Seems to be not the case anymore — thoughts?

Also what group for any of these banks would it be? TMT or ECM? If TMT, SF or NY?

TMT holds the relationship so they are leading it, with ECM executing the capital markets stuff. AFAIK TMT SF is the lead here vs NYC but wouldn't be surprised if they somehow split the work (just given the sheer workflow coming from that and the OpenAI IPO (GS is also lead left there))
