As per your post history you are a rising sophomore, which means you are ineligible. GS Possibilities Summits this year are only for rising freshmen. Source - older brother works there and the grad date is pretty clear on the app.
Why last year most of the participants I check were sophomore? Have they just changed it this year?
It was changed this year. GS is only using emerging leaders summit this year for diversity recruiting.
