Have LMM FT offer - Any chance of securing Lateral before hitting desk?

Title says it all. Background: Senior at SEC non target with internship with said LMM and FT offer in a crappy city. Would like the chance to re-recruit to NYC or any sub-tier city - anyone gone through this process before?

Any advice for still networking even though I have an offer? Any advice would be helpful

“I recently had my first roadmap meeting with a mentor from WSO Academy, and it was truly a pleasure. We had such an open, genuine, and insightful conversation. What I appreciated most was how closely his background, career path, and long-term vision aligned with my own ambitions. It was almost as if we shared the same goals and outlook on the future, which made the conversation even more valuable.
