If it’s any one of the three you just mentioned, I would just take it. Better firms are unlikely to remain recruiting and those are all pretty great/known platforms where you can lateral if you really want to or still have good shots at buyside exits. Maybe Lazard/CVP are still in processes right now, very dubious though. You’re fighting for scraps with a solid offer, probably not worth it
