Have You Seen Any Improvement?

Has anyone actually seen meaningful change at their bank since the GS13? There has been wide disparity between policy changes, payments or otherwise, across the street and I am curious if people have noticed any changes at their firm over the last month or so?

If your firm got a bonus, is the lifestyle still just as bad? If your firm implemented a new policy that you like, what is it? If your firm changed nothing other than the bonus, are you still happier since receiving it?
