Does anyone have experience with the HL Biz Services team in LA? Been seeing their job postings on LinkedIn recently for lateral hires and want to see what the general thoughts and opinions of the team/culture/hours/etc. are before really throwing my hat into the arena. Anything helps.

Don’t know the LA team, but I do know the ATL team quite well and I’m pretty sure the group head sits in ATL.
Spoke with a few analysts there - great culture and deal flow is strong. Exits aren’t great into PE if that’s what you’re looking for
I heard hours are rough and I believe there was an analyst that lateraled to Moelis from that group.
Seconded. Good buddy of mine says the culture is brutal, and it shows by the amount of turnover they've had over the last couple of years.
