What do you know about HL in Houston? I know they focus on O&G but which products? Is it mainly M&A, A&D, and Restructurings? Do they undertake any debt/equity underwritings? It appears they mainly focus on advisory work rather than capital markets. Besides, what edge do they have over peers?
