Houlihan Lokey RX Model
I have a 3rd round interview with Houlihan Lokey soon. just curious if anyone has any experience on the type of model they may choose to give for the interview and other questions or things that may come up in the process?
Depends on the position (Analyt or Associate?) that you're applying for, but probably will be some flavor of a dividend recap model or an LBO with focus on debt schedule
