How Difficult is the JP Morgan Global Finance & Business Management SA Hirevue?

Hey everyone, I recently received a hirevue from JPM for the Global Finance & Business Management internship and wanted to know what your experience with it was(i.e types of questions--is it behavioral/technical, difficulty, and any other tips!).

Thank You!

^guy does not know what he’s talking about. The hirevue is EXTREMELY challenging. In fact it is infamous for being the most difficult entry-level interview process in the entire world of finance.

I would be prepared to calculate CPI volatility based on different projections (up to FY+100) of a 100-item basic consumer good basket, and from that volatility calculate how expansion/compression of emerging market 1 vs 10 yr bond spreads affect arbitrage opportunities in the high frequency trading realm using multiple linear regression analysis and a highly complex state-space model that will NOT be provided by the hirevue. I think you usually get about 15 seconds to compute the answer, so good luck!

I'm not trying to bash on anyone with my post but, rather trying to be helpful. @monkey2121" is being such a d***. I'm just trying to give the guy a reasonable expectation that he won't expect much technicals as comparison to IB interviews. The role he's interviewing for is mainly a back office corporate function job but, you can always work your way from there. Not everyone went to a fancy ivy league and get their dream job right out of college. Anyways, back to the initial question, just focus on FIT questions.
