How do I Proceed?

I recently interviewed for my dream firm and I am pretty sure that I am waitlisted since I received an email today stating that the "team is still discussing candidate feedback." Is there anything I can do on my part to improve my odds? Is it worth sending an email expressing my continued interest? What should I do?
