I recently interviewed for my dream firm and I am pretty sure that I am waitlisted since I received an email today stating that the "team is still discussing candidate feedback." Is there anything I can do on my part to improve my odds? Is it worth sending an email expressing my continued interest? What should I do?

No there's nothing you can do at this point. If you start saying "this is my dream firm!" you come off as desperate and kind of weird.
Give it another week but I would mentally view this as a rejection - if you get good news that's awesome, but you need to keep hustling and interviewing
