Wanted to know if someone could clearly define what operating working capital is in terms of the formula. I have seen some conflicting formulas so I am not sure which is correct. One I have seen as ((current assets - cash) - (Current liabilities - debt)) and another as ((all assets - cash and securities) - (liabilities - non-interest liabilities)).
