  • Your diet should be as healthy as possible. Don’t order burgers/pizza using your meal allowance
  • Take vitamins
  • Go for walks
  • Workout at least 3x times a week

D3/K2, magnesium, iron, creatine, b-complex are all very safe basic options that many people can benefit from. There are other nootropics or energy supps people experiment with but that's something hard to generalize about

Morning: vitamin d3, vitakin k2, omega 3 fish oils

night: magnesium bisglycinate

+ electrolytes on days that I exercise

During my analyst years I was on a strict Chipotle diet. Had 2 Celsiuses a day. Blacked out nearly every Friday night. Absolutely LOVED cocaine. Went to raves as much as possible. Never used protection. Spent $315 a month on Equinox and probably went twice a month. Somehow I'm still alive. Never weighed more than 165 and I'm 5'10.

After I got promoted I got a bit more control of my free time so I chilled out with the drinking and crappy food. I workout minimum 3 days a week and prioritize sleep.

Honestly though, I don't feel that different. Go have fun.

Yes, it's difficult, but you can succeed. I basically make an effort to keep things simple by cooking some simple meals on the weekends, working out for as little as 30 minutes when I can, and going for longer walks during the day. Even though I don't always get enough sleep, I make an effort to get a few quality hours. To be honest, even little actions taken on a regular basis have a significant impact.
