How hard are lateral interview?
Prepping for a lateral following bonus payout. No really sure how to study for this. Recruiting for SA position is easier because everyone knows the guides and not much is expected of you to know. What kind of technical/deals questions are asked?
Doing a few lateral interviews into IB right now. For me It’s pretty standard — talk about your resume, deals you worked on/your tasks, why you’re leaving, what you’re looking for. Expect questions from the typical 400 IB guide. Absolutely know your resume inside and out, and DO NOT include anything on there you're not prepared to discuss in detail.
