Just an intern (since august) but currently working 85-100 hours / week, a lot of pitching and meeting materials. Only 1 live deal

Bare in mind I'm much slower than a analyst however, not sure what it would translate to for you full-timers :)

Also situated in Sweden and those are some insane hours for being in Stockholm, even in a good market environment. Mind stating which bank? Citi is the only bank I can think of in Stockholm doing long-term internships.

Would rather than mention which bank. I’ve done two internships this fall so it’s not a long-term program. The first bank was much lighter.

Ye it’s kinda crazy, I think it’s mostly because I never get staffed with an analyst. It’s just me, associate, VP and the MDs. I.e I’ve had the same deliverables as an analyst but I’m simply much much slower, add 2-3 of those projects and it adds up to a lot of hours unfortunately

Interning at a UMM PE fund. Been pulling 55-60 hours a week lately. Not really busy at all though. Mostly sitting around waiting for tasks and then end up getting a task at 8 pm that takes a couple of hours to complete. Several of my VPs have been coming in at 10 and leaving at 5 the last few weeks.

MM PE AN1 - worked ~21 days straight including late nights and weekends. Heavy deal flow (highly fragmented industry), MD’s pushing ridiculously tight time lines and a cap raise at the same time. I’m ready for a weekend

N2 in a coverage group, been averaging about 60-70 hours a week lately.

Mostly busy on live M&A processes and some pitches as MD's want to get in front of clients ahead of the holidays. Expect things to quiet down a bit post next week.

Definitely busier than some of the other groups at Citi right now, which I guess is a good thing all things considered.
