How many R1 interviews do you have in one day at OCR?

Went to a target school- all the BBs recruited on campus.

Usually there will be 15-20 round 1 interview slots that will be filled from about 150-200 in-school applicants (seems high, maybe this is just my school). The number of interview slots does depend on the OCR/school/bank so this is not universal.

Those interviews are spread out over three days (5-7 per day), usually done in the career center. Now because of Covid, will be phone/online.

Superday: the number of kids they take will vary, but prob around 3-6. From there, you compete with anybody and everybody.

EDIT: I am speaking for ONE bank, from the perspective of the interviewer. It's not like all of the BBs go at once or anything lmao, see my post below in the thread.

You have eight round 1 interviews per day for multiple days? How is that possible, are you interviewing with 40 banks?

My school it was spread out over about a month so you rarely had more than 2 per day, but granted this was a long time ago. Basically impossible to do 2 superdays in one day unless one is morning, one is afternoon, and at least one is Zoom - usually you pick which firm you like better in that scenario.

Need to make a correction my previous post (I'm the first reply to OP). I was speaking for ONE bank's OCR process. The BBs have their processes spread out over the course of the Spring/Summer (after sophomore year). Lmao no one is having multiple interviews in a day for different banks. Maybe you would have two in a week as I know Citi and CS tend to go early in the spring.
